FDA and USDA FSIS posted three food recalls on August 10, 2026, covering a spice mix, a dairy product and a hot sauce.^[1][2][3] Lidl US TRADING recalled VITASIA ASIAN STYLE WOK SPICE MIX NET WT 1.58 OZ (45g) UPC 4 335619 355491, distributed by Lidl US, LLC Arlington, VA 22202 and a product of the Czech Republic, as a Class I recall for Salmonella.^[1] The firm received a positive test result of Salmonella in the product, according to FDA and USDA FSIS.^[1] UPSTATE NIAGARA COOPERATIVE recalled Mehadrin Chocolate Leben, 6 OZ (170g) cups, UPC: 070784023144, as a Class II recall, because the product may have been improperly pasteurized.^[2] Africando Foods LLC recalled its Alfredo Hot Sauce in clear glass bottles with black screw lids, labeled as manufactured and packed by Africando Foods, LLC 1121 S Gilbert Ct, in a recall not yet classified, for labeling issues: wheat not listed as a sub ingredient of chicken bouillon (a minor ingredient), and soybean oil missing from the ingredient list.^[3]
